Create Rough Production Schedule
Production is always changing and deadlines are often adjusted due to a multitude of reasons, so I create a production calendar to ensure I keep manufacturers on track.
Create a Marketing Calendar
Includes Email & Social Media Marketing rough schedule in the production months & leading up to launch.
To ensure social media, email & production are all integrated, I combine these calendars into one. These are always subject to change and are likely adjusted weekly based on bandwidth, production processes, and timelines.
Sync Production & Marketing Calendars
Usually about 2 weeks before launch, I roll out the garments in the collection to the public. This builds the hype and gives customers an idea of what will be available so they can prepare which items they’d like to purchase drop day.

Includes an email reminder, a thank you note to our customers, a post reminder and countdown timer to ensure as many customers as possible are on the site right as the product is launching.
Launch Day
Fulfill orders within same week they are ordered, update customers, analyze order data for future launches.
Post Launch
